Short film presents the IncluMOVE results

At the end of the incluMOVE project, a short film vividly presents the project results. Over a period of three years, the project developed and implemented an interactive and digital learning and workspace for people with disabilities. “Hello, it’s me, Gregor. Let’s assemble a circuit board together!” a virtual assistant greets you at the beginning of the film. Gregor helps employees by giving instructions on how to assemble circuit boards via an integrated screen at the learning and workstation at the electronics manufacturing company FEMOS.

The short film deals with the results of the incluMOVE project:

  • How can people with disabilities train in the field of electrical assembly?
  • How do people with disabilities learn and work at Femos using the incluMOVE learning and workspace developed?
  • What roles do gamification concepts play in vocational training?

FEMOS is a member of Campus Mensch and offers learning and workplaces to people with disabilities. The IncluMOVE project was funded by the BMBF and the European Social Fund as part of the Digital Media in Vocational Education and Training programe.
